Selecting a boiler is an extremely important decision. Not only do you want your boiler to reduce your energy costs through its’ efficiency, but you also want it to be durable and last as long as the heating system; that means the quality of engineering and components is a key requirement.
At Viessmann we can draw on 95 years of experience in technical excellence. We manufacture the critical components, the heat exchanger and gas burner, in our Viessmann factory in the heart of Germany. They are unique to Viessmann boilers and give us the confidence to deliver a 5 year warranty as standard on the Vitodens 100-W boiler, plus a 10 year warranty on the Inox-Radial heat exchanger.
However, for complete peace of mind further warranty options are available, you can purchase additional warranty for your boiler, providing anywhere between 6-10 years total product warranty.

For example
For a 7 year warranty, years 0-5 are provided as standard with the Vitodens 100-W. Years 6 and 7 are purchased separately, direct from Viessmann Limited, for an additional cost of £50. For a 10 year warranty, as above, years 6-10 can be purchased for an additional cost of £225.
As Viessmann Trained Installers, we can offer you the chance to extended your warranty, we register your Vitodens 100-W installation with Gas Safe on our website and indicate your interest in the extended warranty offer, giving you the chance to extend your warranty period up to an impressive 10 years.
