About Us

Dedicated to customer satisfaction

Stibbons Gas was set up by local gas engineer, James Stibbon in 2011 following almost 10 years with a large norfolk based firm. The vision was to start up a company which was able to provide a first class, reliable and trusted service to rival any large local & national company, with almost 10 years industry expertise at a fraction of the cost of the larger companies.

We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction & Workmanship of the highest standard.

If your looking for a reliable, trusted and well established, Gas safe registered company, based in Norwich, to look after what ever requirement you may have, your in the right place.

We are registered and regulated by Gas Safe. Gas safe took over from Corgi back in April 2009 and is now the overseeing body of gas operatives.

Customer satisfaction along with quality workmanship is our main priority. Below we have added a few examples of the feedback we regularly receive from our customers.

A very reliable service given that exceeded my expectations. My central heating emergency was quickly dealt with, replacing old, broken parts with new up to date energy efficient ones. Trustworthy, polite tradesman, would definitely recommend.

In this trade it is important to trust the person as well as value for money. Honest feedback given re good condition of our boiler although almost 10 years old. Will be calling to book the annual service again this time next year. Thankyou!

Mr DavisSprowston

From the first visit to survey for our new boiler to the handover and demonstration of our new system we couldn’t be happier with the service we have received, out of 3 quotes Stibbons Gas came in the most reasonably priced and we are delighted with our new boiler. Thankyou very much.
